Our therapists can help you determine your constitution by observation and by asking you a few personal questions.

The quality and quantity of food you eat, the level of engagement of your senses, the amount you sleep, the exercise you do and amount of stress you undergo and how you process it. The weather and temperature around you. These are all examples of factors that directly affect your physical and mental wellbeing every day.
You need to understand your constitution well in order to be able to make the right life choices and craft the compatible daily habits to stimulate and continuously improve your wellbeing.
Once your constitution has been determined with the help of a therapist, you will be guided.
Your cleansing program cleans your body from all the accessible toxins. Toxins and foreign substances that accumulated over the years or due to a specific disease. Depending on your situation you might need extra cleansing.
No. The cleansing program is a personalized program where the duration and natural herbs and therapies used are customized for each client based on their wellbeing requirements.
You are guided on what to eat and what not to eat during your cleansing program and afterwards.

Colon hydrotherapy

Colon hydrotherapy/intestinal lavage is a treatment method in which purified water at body temperature is brought through a special device along the entire length of the large intestine and is removed again together with the faeces and waste. Colon hydrotherapy contributes to a healthier life, creating more energy and vitality.

For anyone who wants to promote her/his health and bring balance to her/his life. It is also recommended for: constipation, diarrhoea, bloated intestines, skin problems, headaches, fatigue or depression.

There is no special clothing required when you come in for a colon hydrotherapy session.  We suggest you be comfortable. 
We suggest you stop eating and drinking all together two hours before your scheduled appointment.  Once you have experienced colon hydrotherapy a few times, you will be able to monitor how your body reacts and what foods are appropriate for you before a session.

The simple truth is no.  Ninety-nine percent of those who come in for colon hydrotherapy tell us that once the insertion is completed, they are very comfortable and enjoy the session and what they learn.  While there may be some pressure from gas or movement inside the colon, it is not painful and mostly short-lived as the waste is eliminated from the body.

The treatment lasts 45 minutes.

We suggest you treat your digestive system gently for the rest of the day.  We suggest you eat soft cooked foods (broth-based soups, steamed veggies, lean proteins) as they are easy on the digestive system; drink plenty of water; eat fresh vegetables and fruits; and avoid salad, nuts, icy foods/drinks, processed foods and sugar.  Your colon hydrotherapist will remind you of these guidelines after your session.  You are always welcome to call us if you have any questions or concerns once you get home.

No, colon hydrotherapy cannot be used in acute inflammatory processes in the intestinal area, such as diverticulitis, active Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, but uncontrollable high blood pressure and renal insufficiency are also contraindications. Not even in the first and third trimester of pregnancy. Not even with recent abdominal surgery.

After an extensive intake, I draw up a treatment plan.
Experience shows that you need at least 5 treatments to get optimal benefit.

With an enema, the water does not reach the entire large intestine and mainly the last part of the large intestine, the sigmoid, is cleaned. Yoga is bringing your body and soul together. The balance between body and mind can be disturbed in any person. Yoga helps you restore balance. Yoga teaches you to listen to your own body. Yoga is about awareness; see and feel who you really are. In your fully human being, both physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I teach classical Hatha yoga according to Sivananda. Learning to control your body and breath, those are the most important pillars of Hatha yoga. In the name Hatha, the Sanskrit words ha (sun) and tha (moon) come together. The sun stands for action, the moon for internalization. In Hatha yoga those opposing energies come together. By moving your concentration and breath to points in the body, you bring awareness there.
Yoga is for anyone who wants to promote her health. From young to old. The exercises are safe and simple. Experience is not necessary. There is no right or wrong in Hatha yoga. Right and wrong are matters of the ego. In Hatha you just let that go. You let go of thoughts and let things happen. Are you tired and irritable? Have you (had) a burnout? Do you have symptoms of stress? Do you have sleep and concentration problems? Would you like to become more flexible and stronger? Do you want to be able to focus better on the here and now? Are you looking for more inner peace? Do you want to learn to relax better in the daily hectic? If you have answered at least 1 question with YES, then yoga is definitely for you.

Because you become more aware of your body, spiritual awareness follows and vice versa. During the yoga class you are with all your attention in the here and now. You concentrate completely on the exercises. By carefully feeling and practicing your body, you increase your inner consciousness. For workers / entrepreneurs there is yoga class in the morning from 6.00-7.30 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays

For others there is yoga class from 9.00-10.30 on Tuesday and Thursday

This is for anyone unfamiliar with Sivananda yoga. It is a program of 8 lessons.
